Announcement today is the 1st bit of good news from Emperor in a long time, With the POG now at levels over $680 compared to around $525 when Emperor purchased Porgera from DRD and with the lift in reserves at Porgera the price they paid for their stake in porgera back in 2005 was $230 million US dollars, it should definately be worth a fair bit more than that today, if they were to sell it off to pay off their debts.
