I think many here are saying near future. So I guess that's well before the end of the Year. Also, royalties are ongoing payments so it would be nice to know of there is any ongoing payments if the Supreme Court backs the arbitration decision. Nothing new in the other releases so a bit disappointing but at least it's an update and i am grateful for the details provided. Onward and upward.
