Eventhough Bioshares had a good comment about PRR, they said the big risk is funding. They took PRR off it's portfolio. Looks like a bad sign (meaning they don't know if PRR can raise money)... only hope for this company is to get a JV with another company willing to spend otherwise SP will go down.
