I have to ask here Elemental....do we know just when the information that was missing was asked for by FAR.? I think that has been discussed long ago...and I would like someone to correct me....if possible...but didn't people here complain that FAR had waited until after the deadline date to request that info...and therefore there was some complaining that FAR was playing a sneaky (to get time to access the RISK results) and that a court of arbitration would not look kindly on such a 'play'...as they could have asked for the missing information much earlier.
I do like that Petrosen has not waived their rights, for they would be beneficiaries of any deal made in the near future...I am sure...for it is gov't owned and , of course, the gov't is looking out for themselves.....
