The royalty deal is outlined in the Moelis research in the thread and is of significant value to warrant Eagleview to consider taking over SFI. It was Eagleviews initial intention before this deal to take out SFI but couldn't due to the listing rules.
The deal with Eagleview also takes SFI into other countries once the technology is operating in the US market. I don't see SFI having to make anymore deals to secure its future.
