spent the last three months wasting countless hours trying to get a basic set of services established by telstra i am still waiting for hardware to be delivered months later, my mobile phone service that was over ten years old was disconnected without any clear reason and is yet to be reconnected etc etc... it is impossible to imagine this company surviving a truly competetive environment. There are clear failures in systems from orders, to dispatch, billing, complaints, connections. Unsurprisingly the indian and phillipina call centre staff gettign paid a pittance to deal with this dysfunctional system have no interest in collecting feedback on where it doesn't work and are either busy apologising or ignoring the concerns as they hope to avoid abuse.
Very reminicient of their appaling customer service of about 8 years that lead to some adjustments but it seems this flea bag is back to it's old standards. Bring on the competition
