In fact this is a very good deal for Syntonic and by extension us shareholders. It was fully disclosed in the supplementary prospectus.

GG and Agarwal are set to earn USD $250k with another $150k in KPI's each.

Agarwal's company will have 600k run through it.

$10 million (at the current SP) are to be handed out for the "addressable audience" target with another $5 million if they make the dataflex target.

Not bad coin.
