To be honest the 10mill for 10% did not make sence as that would value GMC at 100m MC.
So it could be all good just a fairer deal for PAK.
As long as the deal comes through, but i think PAK has pulled the wool over MGT eyes it is not MGT fault.
To be fair they have come through on other occasions when it looked bad.
