They currently negotiating with Pak and also are negotiating with cornerstone investor number 2. Pak wants more control. Playing hard ball.
Either way I think a cap raising of some sort will be needed for cash flow. Maybe a minor cap raising at 1.5c to keep things rolling while negotiations progress.
If no deal reached with either potential contender stone investors then possibly a big cap.
