Minimum holding 5000 shares

Minimum holding entitles you to subscribe for shares in "Alara" at .25c ~ 1:4 basis (minimum 8000 shares @ $2000) p.4

SRK will distribute within 6 months on a ~1:4 basis 16M Alara shares to eligible shareholders of SRK. (those who continue to hold SRK for ~6 months post IPO)

Eligible Alara shareholders (those holding for ~3 months) will be able to apply for loyalty options on an~3:4 basis @1c exercisable @.25c with an expiry date of June 2009
