If the business has been heavily audited as has been mentioned, then the claims of an announcement due "soon, imminent, whatever" over funding must be true. I can only suggest that KR must have had to demonstrate information to the auditors over who FAS is dealing with regarding the funding. Just saying.....or am I misguided ??
