I don't think JCT should be over looked as it opens huge potential within the health care sector (which I feel is underrated).
The year 2021 is the average predicted baby boomers retirement year here in Australia, which makes up a large portion of our population being a new nation.
Yes it seems like a small deal at the moment but think of the expense reduction for large organizations in terms of staff reduction and housing for retirees if the ADRC is successfully adopted.
