Won't be reconsidering my statements. I simply cannot accept that that is what CN said or meant. Doesn't make sense...
I believe the old French JOA with Hunt Oil (?) is the operative agreement and we don't know what it says. Anything possible...but a free carry JV Partner with PE rights??? that's a first to me. Anyone else that came across such scenario before? Please let us know.
