no pdn is not offering 5.12 a share that was just the average price at the time of the ann. PDN is offering 1 pdn share for every 2 smm. Therefore smm's sp should be half of pdn's. Pdn is currently down 25c to $10.04 hence smm $5.02.
So without news from smm, smm's price should track pdn's but half. If you get my drift.
With regard to the sitting at $4.10, i didn't see but wouldn't they have been suspended.
