Not sure if that means the ceo actually dug into his pocket and invested personal funds rather than through a loan secured on the company or some other arrangement. It would be pretty unusual even if its at a 30% discount to the share price. Most ceos get equity for zip. Anyway I'll be buying if it gets down there..should put a floor on it.
