It's good that it blows people out of the water that are trying to fleece syndicates but i'm pretty sure that 90% of people winning the lotto would prefer it to remain discreet and not disclose the win. Lotto agencies should really consult the winner about whether they want a bottle of champagne sent to them before they do so. C'mon anybody recieving a bottle of champagne from the lottery agency at work kind of tells everyone they won money ---- i mean even to their home it discloses it to the courier and however many other people that passses through.
