Accordingly to the Carmichel Research report on 31st May 2006 on SMM *you can find this on SMM's home page under reports*
They had a price target of $3.35 based on a USD40 /lb price of U
Now i sorted it out, for every $2 increase, it equates to a 30cents increase in SP target of their research.
So say i gave a uranium price of USD80/lb, thats a $40 increase / 2 = 20
therefore 20 x 30cents = $6
therefore $6 + $3.35 = $9.35
Or roughly where all the other commentatories are talking about.
So for PDN to announce a hostile TO using scripts instead of cash
One would have to give into at least yes i say at least $10+
If it was cash, $9 id take it.
so the fact that they are bidding for at least IMO AND OTHERS AT LEAST 50% discount!!
u'll be a fool to sell to them folks.
this furthur confirms others suspects about a $10 price.
and who was satisifed with $4 anyways? i guess i would be if the U price was $USD44 /lb
but it aint its $USD85 / lb
