"Summit executive directors David Berrie and Alan Eggers refused to answer questions beyond a statement released to the stock exchange yesterday, in which they said the "hostile" offer was "designed to capture value that will otherwise flow to Summit's shareholders". - that means me.
I believe PDN's s/p will drift downwards, as holders of both co's realise an increased bid is required, thereby devaluing the opportunistic, and frankly quite insulting current offer.
