a bird in the hand is worth 2 in the bush for this director, I am happy to put these away in the bottom drawer they seem to be in a very strong legal position although it really needs to be tested when they take on a major pharmaceutical company with deep pockets
GTG has patent insurance, their insurers will fund any prolonged fights in court
it should be an interesting ride regardless of the outcome
