Form 605 is part of the asic reporting rules.
It has to do with the % of holding of a company. For example, if a massive amount of equities in a company was obtained/sold it would be seen as having the potential to have a material affect upon the share price. I think anything above/below 5% is the threshold.
So due to the issue of shares, I think panthacorp or cloudhouse (recent acquisitions), the shares held have been diluted, that is to say, extra shares issued lower the value of each individual share.
This is the case here. It is not a price sensitive announcement as the reduction has occurred due to no action by the holder.
