Alan Eggers is a very very smart operator and if he says do nothing, then do nothing. I see in the bidders statement that there is no future role for summit directors so it is obviously a hostile bid in every sense of the word. By the time the new jorcs are out, u price goes up further ,labor changes policy etc,etc you will look back and say to yourself that this was a buying opportunity. Go back over some smm posts...the market is only starting to wake up to what smm has ,and pdn trying to swoop in and steal the company will focus attention on to smm's future potential. IMHO
