IMO continually raising funds via option exercises at 1/7 of the current share price demonstrates to anyone the ability to raise substantial capital.
Do you think that dealing with the Russians may have an adverse effect on potential deals with Western groups?
As for ROSATOM building a nuclear reactor , I read in an article that Tanzania were planning on having a reactor built by 2025. IMO they are now clearly going to miss this mark. In China it takes on average 6 years to build a reactor and in Europe 6 to 8. This is after the planning stage which is years in length I would imagine so it looks more like late 2020's so any demand for such a reactor I think is somewhat irrelevant to MNS given we are discussing the here and now.
