The big firms, Commsec and Etrade have let us down badly today, they simply haven't the capacity or staff to cope with a correction like this.
What would they do about a big 10% fall - just curl up and die?
I found Sanford were working OK, a bit slow but reliable and I was at least able to get some focus on the market. Time for a change perhaps.
I do trade through them.
