    just advised the market it cannot lodge its Annual report to the ASX on time.

    And they paid the CFO a $25k bonus.

    and he cannot have paperwork ready in time under listing rules.

    Oh well.

    Ross is trapped now.

    They were once suspended for NOT paying their fees on time too.
