Rubies are not hard to value at all. What is hard to value is the quality of the ground until the rubies are dug up, sold, and we get a JORC. Until that point we are just speculating on what MUS has, but all the data we have so far is the ground is as good or better than GEM's leases. If it is proven that their ground is this good the SP will have another zero on it at least.
