This whole notion of the "independent inquiry" into the closure of Windimurra appears to have been edited by a PMA director (you know, the one who misled investors before and had to apologise).

So does this mean Xstrata were correct after all, and not the evil force that the PMA, err, Parliamentary enquiry reported it to be?
