i think that asic or asx is aware of this,and they dont really give a hoot, they go on about insider trading etc, and an even playing field, when it suits them, just take the even playing field when it comes to new floats and where you are in the pecking order like your talking about. its all a con job, so if your not one of the big boys you just have to make do with the crumbs.
