My crystal ball source tells me:
Capital raising to a new investor (not chinese) since permit now approved
A small raising
Above the last traded price and 5 day average
Management are quite confident
Will allow more than one drill rig operating
Speeding up drilling targets
Overall it should be positive for share price support and company finances going forward.
The four departments who set the drill start date returned from leave working together last Monday which means they can liaise to have all sorted on a date, so wont be long. 1,2,3 weeks???
