Deeman..........up until a couple of weeks ago, no one had any inkling of the Czech deal. The main focus was, and still is, the projects in the Ukraine, closely followed by those in Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan.
It seems day traders got wind of the czech deal and bought in full of hope, even when URA clearly stated they had no idea if they would be successful or not. After the czech press released comments by the Czech minister last week which came in a negative light, all these traders freaked.
