Poor management

Management have not been upfront with shareholders and one could argue a case against them in my personal opinion. Management would have been well aware of the change to pricing arrangements with coles/wow at the time of the capital raising in May/June last year imo. They decided not to inform the market.

The pricing changes came into effect in August. Once again, they decided not to inform the market.

Then 3 months later at the AGM in November. Still nothing. No honest update, no discharge of their continuous disclosure obligations.
