Govt under pressure for transparency in oil and gas contracts, would imho,put block back on market along with new blocks to be announced this year.
But,yes far would-could, with the 3D in hands out bid any other bidders.
Far have a very full plate next door,and WPL/COP are the only buyer's for the 15%.
Hence the delay and hardball neg.
