Isn't the farm-in agreement with Trace?
We now learn (thanks to kindness of GH) that FAR cannot complete the farm-in until PSC is revalidated. I would have thought that was material myself but maybe the 3d shows no targets?
What if the Govt strip Trace of their PSC given they are not in good standing (i.e. decide not to revalidate Trace but open up Djiffere to the market in a competitive bid process (FAR, WPL, TOTAL etc)? FAR have 3d Seismics so have an advantage but maybe not as cheap as original farm-in with Trace. Is the revalidation of Trace PSC a given? If Trace is booted where does FAR stand ?
