Wealthy perhaps, but completely irrelevant.
What is relevant according to FAR:
1. "Trace have a number of problems..."
2. "As a result their PSC is not in good standing..."
3. "... as result we cannot at present complete the farm in."
4. "Trace and the Government will have to work out the problem."
5. "But our agreement to farm in remains firm."
6. "As soon as the PSC is revalidated we will complete the farm in."
