What is relevant according to TRACE:
1. "FAR have a number of problems..."
2. "We have requested a PSC amendment..."
3. "... this cannot be unreasonably withheld by the Govt."
4. "Trace and the Government are on the same page."
5. "FAR did not exercise it's option to farmin by 31 Oct 2016."
6. "We have firm interest, from real oil companies, who have the financial capacity to complete the drilling required under the PSC."
As have said many times previously, at very best, this is a dispute,,, and a material event.
