There are a few other meaningful differences, but we also don't have the cash that IMF has.
JKL - cash of $1.9m at 31 December 2016 (30 June 2016: cash of $5.6m and debt of $10.4m)
IMF - cash of $166.1m at 31 December 2016 (30 June 2016: cash of $142.5m and debt of $79.5m)
You could say JKL cash would be $4.4m in January 2017 and the debt at 30 June 2016 doesn't relate to litigation funding, but IMF does have a large cash blanket.
Disc: don't hold IMF.
