I share the concern of others that shareholders  may be confused of find these type of assertions difficult to weigh up!

Unfortunately I unintentionally tripped the crosthreading  tripwire on a post aimed at putting the potential gas that could compete with CTP in the east coast market.

Australians love units that drive analysts mad "Sydney Harbour Full" being a good example so I have invented a gas unit the "C>NGPA" which is the number of PJ /a (Petajoules per Annum) that the Northern Gas Pipeline can transport which is about 50 PJ/a or 160 TJ/day.

So here we go...

• The capacity of the proposed pipeline servicing  the recently announced Narrabri Gas project  is about 1.25 C>NGPA's.  That's not exactly going to tank the east coast spot market and destroy CTP.

• The other project recently announced won't exactly flood the East Coast Market Either. As soon as I work out its C>NGPA I will let you know.

• These projects May be good for CTP !  Why?

Because major industrial users may decide to stay in Australia because at least they can get enough gas. Cottee has been warning about the need for investment for ages.​
