Certainly seems to be starting to wind up.
Volume last month was twice the normal monthly average & a nice run up to the top of the trading range today. Only been this high twice in the last two years.
Someone mentioned a cup & handle chart pattern on the monthly chart some time ago.
Its looking more like the completion of that pattern is very near now.
A price of $0.16 - 0.17 would be a likely target if it follows thru with a breakout but if they have pulled off a deal it may do a lot better than that.
