    LOTM I totally disagree with the conclusions you draw.

    I agree that you could suggest that learning that the Verizon deal "going live" from IR is annoying but the lead time is quite quick and, as you have no idea what efforts were required and the integration that was required, it is pretty harsh to be critical of the time frame.

    In addition the time SYT take is not relevant as it is the Verizon tech staff that run the implementation schedule not SYT and they did not work over Christmas!

    If you have experience with this type of implementation I suggest you should be happy with the time frame. In addition going live does not mean generating revenue.

    The Verizon announcements always suggested that the SYT engagement was more than "one thing".

    Engagement with content providers will be a totally different technical integration which I believe will be easier but still driven by the content owner not SYT.

    You are being hypocritical in that you bag the company for any technical issue and chastised them for any bugs that occur but want things to happen fast. In fact that is why trials occur at no cost to the client but we still vent over the lack of revenue. You can't have it both ways but it will get better with time and experience. Remember with content we are training their staff in the first instance.

    I very much appreciate the post but I think you are being unrealistic on this occasion!
