    So....let me get this straight.

    * We're currently trading at 5.6c - 5.7c.
    * We have $13.4 million dollars cash in the bank which equates to 5.2c per share.

    * We have a drilling Company poised, ready to give us $26 million worth of drilling, but only if Damon gets another $26 million via a deal.

    If Damon does bed down a deal, we will instantly have a minimum market cap of:

    $13.4 + $26 + $26 = $65.4 mill or.....25c per share.
    (also assumes zero value on assets)

    You then have to ask yourself:

    "What is the risk versus reward here?"
    "What is the likelihood that Damon will bed down a deal?"
    "Does he have a history of getting them?"

    In my opinion, as we are cash backed the risk to the downside is virtually zero and given Damon's known capabilities and the potential of a virtually INSTANT "5 bagger", I simply cannot believe that that sell list is not being absolutely chomped, like Jaws.
