Hmm u make an interesting point Count,although my accountant/auditor has told me that,lets call them variations r completely compliant but maybe it does requires some changes to the deed.Clearly i will have to give them a call but i will let them explain y i need the new deed as it was not mentioned when 'variations' made.thks again.
