11.6m is just under 3% so no takeover codes breached.
Why the sudden manoeuvre?
Pac Road could have exercised options @1.25c each and and outlaid only 7.3% of what they paid Pybar. Maybe I am reading too much into it but it smells like positioning for a bid.
If I had the cash, I would want 100% of AMI at these prices which then raises the question...why did Pybar sell? I wouldn't be selling a single share at present...
