Why should the share price go to 14 cents as Ocker has stated? Yes you'll be able to effectively buy shares at 14 cents in the issue, but you need to have shares to do that and for the issue to be fully subscribed you could reasonably expect the share price would have to be above 14 cents to make it attractive wouldn't you think? I know the market is not rational at times and I think at the moment it is just one of those irrational moments.
