I would have no idea if Maxine was a target of anyone, but think it very unlikely.....
nobody in politics has to worry about Maxine - great reporter, completely dud politician - they never learn do they....
Maxine will end up like the Cheryl girlie, forgotten about after the first splash of publicity - I'm surprised the Garrett boy is still fronting for Labor - he looks very uncomfortable every time I see him interviewed....
it takes a special sort to be a pollie.... $cumbag is the basic requirement, selling your mother would be another, ability to argue that defeat is a victory in disguise, taking a leak in your best friend's pocket and telling them it's raining..... the list goes on......
