Have you worked out who would be on the board if there was a T/O or a merger. GJ has to be there so AG has to go. And if you think that they could work together, then you have not thought it through. If you think it is the other way around, you have not worked it out. This mess is a result of EGO. If you think that GJ has to go, how long do you think that you will be viable. You guys are being diluted to the max to satisfy someone's ego to be the biggest. Reminds me of a few people in history.
