Exactly. They have enough cash in the bank what they need to do is get production up, rubies sold, and ideally enter into a supply agreement with a large customer who will pay a premium.
The only area where they might need investors is to spin off the graphite resource if the JORC looks good. While the graphite is nice to have it would be better off in a different entity.
