    suffice to say that AAR is very near...FP know it as well and they have put their money where their mouth is....as I have again.

    You don't have long to wait at all now and to quote Fat Prophets once again ......

    "AAR could receive a substantial re-rating on the back of the development potential of its Koongie Park project."
