Robert Millner would not buy 100,000 shares @ $8.62 if it wasn't warranted. He clearly did not see it as a risk at all.
Yet here we sit, a few months later, nothing fundamentally has changed, except that they've secured the Singapore spectrum (another key asset), but the SP has kept diving until today.
No idea if we get to know who has registered to bid for the 700 MHz on 13th Feb, but I will be cleaning out my local supermarket's stock of popcorn in the interim.
