If there is a conditionally or time limited BOA or MOU sitting in the background with this issue as the last remaining hurdle, then KDR may well change tack for the greater good.
Doesn't make it right as it plays to MZN's hands, but it will nevertheless serve as a lesson for anyone dealing with MZN. Again, doesn't stop the corporate regulator doing their jobs either if they really want to stop such behaviour.
