You do realise that they don't have to make an announcement immediately (i.e. the same day) they sign a contract.

They clearly stated that they'd have a contract for PFOAM signed by the 6th ... So ... one would assume that they most probably did sign a contract on Monday.

Don't get your knickers in a knot because they didn't announce it ON THE SAME DAY as it being signed.

They probably need a few days to convert the contents of the contract into a presentation or appropriate announcement for us investors. I'd expect an announcement by weeks end.

I'd suspect a few people agree that an announcement is on the way considering the strong price action today.

Calm down ... have some patience.
