Datto- why not just cut your losses, cash out, and take your own advice about buying Sydney real estate?

Shares are easier to buy and sell than property.
OK, that may be a bit of an ask, so what about the second best thing-banks? they even loan heaps to Chinese investors, so their SP's keep going up.
I hate banks.
